A personalised session to help you feel prepared, informed, and connected to your body for labour and birth.
Includes guidance on pelvic mobility and positioning, breathing and relaxation techniques, gentle core and pelvic floor work, and practical strategies to manage tension and common discomforts.
Designed to support confidence and body awareness as you approach birth.
Suitable from 36 weeks gestation.

Scar Release & Rehabilitation
Specialised treatment to support healing, mobility, and tissue health following surgery, C-section, or injury. This session combines gentle scar tissue release, myotherapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and restore function.
Tailored guidance helps optimise recovery, reduce discomfort, and support long-term movement and confidence.
Suitable from 8 weeks postpartum.

Post-birth care to help women regain strength, mobility, and confidence. This session focuses on releasing tension, while supporting core recovery and restoring muscular balance.
Treatment also addresses common postpartum issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor strain, and postural imbalances from breastfeeding or carrying your baby.
